Van Halen Announces Summer Tour

LOS ANGELES, (CelebrityAccess) — Rock legends Van Halen have announced plans for a tour of North America, and are marking the occasion with a concert for Jimmy Kimmel Live on Hollywood Boulevard on March 30th.

Produced by Live Nation, the tour is set to kick off on July 5 in Seattle, Washington at the White River Amphitheatre, with concerts scheduled through Oct. 2 in Los Angeles, California at the legendary Hollywood Bowl.

Special guest Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band has been tapped to provide support for all dates along the tour.

Van Halen will be touring behind their latest release, "Tokyo Dome Live In Concert," which is their first live album with David Lee Roth.

Also being released beginning March 31 are remastered versions of Van Halen and 1984, with remastered versions of Diver Down, Women and Children First, Van Halen II and Fair Warning due out later this spring.
