(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) Vivelo, the American joint venture between Clear Channel Entertainment and Mexico City-based Televisa, are forming a strategic alliance with Miami-based Unipro Group, to deliver quality Latin entertainment, event marketing, and promotional programs to top worldwide advertisers in key U.S. Hispanic markets.

The combination of Unipro Group, Televisa and Clear Channel Entertainment will maximize marketing, promotional & sponsorship efforts by creating multi-market events and tours, cross-selling opportunities, client programs, and development of co-promotional efforts.
