PROVIDENCE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Rhode Island Monthly’s President and Publisher John J. Palumbo announced that the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) was voted “Best Theatre” in the 2011 Rhode Island Monthly Readers’ Poll at last night’s annual Best of Rhode Island Party.
This is the third consecutive year that PPAC has won in the “Best Theatre” category.
The Party has been held at PPAC for the past seven years; all proceeds from the Party benefit ArtReach, which is an educational performing and visual arts partnership between PPAC and Rhode Island Monthly.
