Walter Yetnicoff Inks Book Deal

Former CBS Records executive (1975-90) Walter Yetnikoff has signed a$500,000 contract with Broadway Books for a tell-all book on his life.

David Ritz, who has written bios on other artists including Aretha Franklin, B.B. King, Marvin Gaye, Etta James and the Neville Brothers, is helping Yetnikoff write the book, which will include the years he oversaw the careers of Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson and others. The book is slated for a fall
2003 release.
