LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Warner Bros. Records has bolstered its management team through the promotion of three senior execs, Peter Gray, Larry Mattera and Hildi Snodgrass.
Gray was promoted to General Manager and Executive Vice President, Promotion & Media, Larry Mattera was bumped up to General Manager and Executive Vice President, Commerce & Marketing and Chief Financial Officer Hildi Snodgrass expanded her portfolio to include the role of EVP for Operations.
Before his promotion, Gray was WBR’s Executive Vice President, Head of Radio Promotion, joining the division in 2011 after almost decade in New York with RCA Music Group.
Mattera joined WBR in 2015 as Executive Vice President, Commerce, Digital Marketing & Strategy. Prior to WBR, he served at WEA as SVP, Global Digital Accounts for eight years. Mattera spent six years at Island Def Jam, where he created the company’s New Media Department. He began his career in 1994 at Epic Records and then moved to Polygram Group Distribution in 1996.
Snodgrass has been on the Warners team for more than a decade, joining the WMG in 1994, — first in New York at Atlantic Records as Controller and then relocated to California to help launch the U.S. shared services operation before moving over to WBR in 1999 as Vice President of Finance.
All three execs will be based on the label' sLos Angeles office and report to WBR Chairman and CEO Cameron Strang. – Staff Writers
