Woman Sues Live Nation, Zac Brown Over Concert Injuries

BOSTON MA (CelebrityAccess) — A disabled woman is singing country artist Zac Brown and Live Nation, claiming that an incident at a 2015 concert left her unable to use her arm.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Karen Perry says she was in the disabled section at the August 2015 concert at Boston's Fenway Park when Brown moved into the area to interact with the crowd. Perry alleges that the resultant crowd surge trapped her and that venue security exacerbated the situation, leaving her pressed against a metal security gate.

Perry says she suffered neurological, muscular and orthopedic injuries and claims she can no longer use her arm to hold her cane. Her suit alleges negligence, claiming that Brown’s “known propensity for going into the crowd” should have been better addressed ahead of time by security.

She’s seeking $75,000 in damages. – Staff Writers
