LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) A judge in Las Vegas said Jan. 26 that she will rule next week whether to release to the media police search warrants regarding the Route 91 Harvest festival shooting that killed 58 people Oct. 1.
Judge Elissa Cadish said she will make her ruling after meeting with attorneys representing the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a spokeswoman told the Associated Press. The attorneys have argued that releasing the documents could harm an ongoing investigation that could lead to unspecified charges against an unidentified person of interest.
Several news organizations have been seeking the documents.
