LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) A photographer who was suing Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s fashion label over a T-shirt using Tupac Shakur’s image has dropped his lawsuit.
A document filed in federal court April 4 says both parties have asked a judge to drop the suit against the Kendall + Kylie label, according to the Associated Press, with both sides handling attorneys fees. No details of financial settlement were available.
Photographer Michael Miller claimed the company used the image without his permission; the label said they obtained the image from a company licensed to sell it.
Either way, the shirt, which superimposed Kylie’s surgically enhanced figure over an iconic photo of Tupac, was not well-accepted and soon discontinued.
