SEATTLE (CelebrityAccess) Courtney Love has been accused of plotting to have the ex-husband of her daughter killed in an attempt to retrieve a guitar once owned by Kurt Cobain.

Isaiah Silva, who was married to Frances Bean Cobain in 2014. She filed for divorce in 2016 and he was granted in the divorce ownership of the valuable 1959 Martin D-18E guitar that was played by Cobain during Nirvana’s “MTV Unplugged” performance in 1993, according to the Telegraph.

During the divorce proceedings, Frances Bean argued it was hers but Silva successfully argued he should keep it because she gave it to him as a gift. Silva fronts the band The Eeries.

He claims in a 329-page civil suit that Love and a group of men attempted to kidnap and kill him to get the guitar back. Also allegedly involved was Love’s manager at the time, Sam Lufti, aka Britney Spears’ manager who garnered reams of press because of that public relationship.

Silva claims Lufti and two other men “did burglarize, rob, assault, batter, sexually batter, kidnap, and attempt to murder” him at his West Hollywood home.

“The primary objective of their conspiracy was to locate and take possession of a guitar believed to be worth millions of dollars, which was gifted to Silva, by Frances, on January 8, 2014, six months prior to their June 29, 2014 marriage,” the complaint says.

Silva says he was in his bedroom with another member of the band when the alarm went off and people shouted at the door they were the police and to open up. After opening his door, Silva says then says Lufti grabbed his genitals through his clothes and threatened to take him upstairs and the men would “take turns f****ing you,” according to the Telegraph.

The trio then, after saying they were there to make sure he dropped his spousal support claims (of $25,000 a month) and wanting the guitar, allegedly forced him out of his home and into a black Cadillac. A friend inside the home called the police, according to the complaint.

When police arrived, Lufti “hurriedly concocted a false story intended to prevent LAPD from arresting them.”

“Kurt would not want this and Courtney will not allow any of it,” a source told the New York Post. “Frances and the family are prepared to fight with a fury of unprecedented legal force and they will prevail.

“He (Silva) will stop at nothing to try and gain possession of Kurt’s belongings as witnessed in this baseless lawsuit in which he completely made up absurd, unimaginable, and somewhat laughable allegations.”

“Isaiah Silva is a dangerous sycophant that refuses to end his campaign of terror towards the Cobain family and their friends,” a source told the Telegraph, adding Love and Frances Bean would fight the case “with a fury of unprecedented legal force.”
