(CelebrityAccess) ToneDen, a marketing service designed to increase ticket sales through social media, has reportedly gained 50 new clients in two months.
The company has added 50 indie promoters, venues and festivals to its subscription-based marketing system, ToneDen execs told Billboard. New clients include Ohio’s Prime Social Group, Seattle’s USC Events, the Clyde Theater in Fort Wayne, Ind., and Nashville’s Mercy Lounge.
The company’s software is designed to help clients gain ad buys from social media and was inspired by artists who were struggling to gain attention on Soundcloud, co-founder Ali Shakeri told Billboard.
It has since moved on to creating “Playbooks,” helping clients sell out events during onsales, to announce new events and encourage people to RSVP on Facebook, and to announce new events and message fans when they go onsale, among other services.
