NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) Secondary ticketing platform Tickpick has announced July 25 it has acquired ticket inventory aggregator Rukkus.
Rukkus allows users to perform aggregated searches of dozens of ticket buyers, tailored to interest, and helps pinpoint tickts based on value. It basically helps users find deals and cheap tickets for events in the U.S. and, before the acquisition, had more than 300,000 total customers generating more than 1 million site visitors.
Tickpick’s acquisition also provides the ticketing company or, rather, its customers, with high-definition, 360-degree views of hundreds of venues, providing ticket buyers with previews of their experiences.
