LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) The dates for Ozzy Osbourne’s four postponed shows have been announced for next July.
Osbourne had to undergo hand surgery that apparently led to an infection, which threw off four of his farewell tour dates on the West Coast. The original dates in Chula Vista, Mountain View and Los Angeles, plus one in Vegas, are now slated for the middle of next summer:
7/20 – Las Vegas, NV @ MGM Grand Garden Arena
7/23 – Chula Vista, CA @ Mattress Firm Amphitheatre
7/27 – Mountain View, CA @ Shoreline Amphitheatre
7/29 – Los Angeles, CA @ Hollywood Bowl
Osbourne used the terminology “canceled” when he spoke of the shows at a press conference but Live Nation was clear that the dates would be rescheduled.
“I’m so fu**ing bummed about canceling these shows,” Osbourne said at the presser. “The tour had been going great and we were really looking forward to these last few gigs. We’re hoping everyone will be patient and we’ll look forward to seeing them at the shows next year.”
