(CelebrityAccess) — British indie rockers The 1975 have pushed back their planned tour of Europe, stating they need more time to work on their forthcoming fourth album ‘Notes On A Conditional Form,’

The 1975 were slated to hit the road on the continent in February but have pushed those shows back to October with the tour now scheduled to kick off at Barcelona’s Saint Jordi Club on Oct. 3rd.

A statement from the band’s label via social media said: “Due to the time needed to complete the recording of the upcoming album “Notes On A Conditional Form” we have made the decision to move The 1975’s EU tour from February to October.”

“We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope everyone can make the new shows,” the statement added.

At least for now, The 1975’s UK shows in February are still on the calendar.
