TAURANGA, NZ (CelebrityAccess) – AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was again arrested on Thursday following an alleged physical dispute outside of a coffee shop in New Zealand with an unidentified individual.
According to the Associated Press, Leo Rojas, the owner of Columbus Coffee in Tauranga reported seeing Rudd allegedly engaged in a fight with a much larger man outside of his shop.
"I saw him following a taller, bigger guy and trying to punch the guy," Rojas told Australia's AP.
According to Rojas, the large man attempted to fend Rudd off and then pushed him to the ground at which point Rojas claims Rudd's bodyguard stepped in to break the pair up.
Rudd then reportedly turned on his bodyguard, physically attacking him.
"(Rudd) started punching and kicking his own bodyguard, which I found funny," Rojas told the AP.
Photos of the incident show Rudd being led away by police. Rudd was arrested last month on suspicion of attempting to hire a hit man and possession of drugs, but the charges connected to the murder for hire plot were dropped.
Rudd still faces charges of possessing methamphetamines and marijuana. – Staff Writers
