LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Disney Music Group has named David Agnew as president of Walt Disney Records.
According to Variety, Agnew will continue in his role of overseeing day-to-day operations of Disney's music division, which consists of Walt Disney Records, Lyric Street Records, Hollywood Records and Walt Disney Music Publishing.
Agnew, who has been with Disney since 1998 was instrumental in launching DMG's highly-successful concert division, the organization behind upcoming tours like Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) and the Cheetah Girls. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
