LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — B.B. King is at home and in hospice care at home after being hospitalized for the second time in a month late last week for an undisclosed illness.
King's longtime business manager, Laverne Toney, told the Associated Press that King was released from the hospital on Friday.
In a post on his website, King write: “I am in home hospice care at my residence in Las Vegas. Thanks to all for your well wishes and prayers.”
While the reason for King's hospitalization was not revealed, the musician has battled with diabetes for decades and canceled his tour last year due to complications of the malady. – Staff Writers
