CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Blues legend B.B. King canceled a string of tour dates, after falling ill during a performance in Chicago.
King said on his website that he fell ill during an Oct. 3rd performance at the House of Blues in Chicago and was evaluated by a doctor.
According to the website, the doctor diagnosed dehydration and exhaustion, which induced the 89-year-old performer to cancel the remaining eight remaining shows of his current tour.
This isn't the first time in recent months that King's health has had an impact on a performance. He apologized in April, after an erratic performance in St. Louis that was attributed to complications from diabetes. – Staff Writers
