BandMerch Acquires Brothers


LOS ANGELES (VIP NEWS) — BandMerch, a division of AEG Live, has acquired Brothers Entertainment Merchandising. Brothers clients include Bon Jovi, Jeff Dunham, Kathy Griffin, Buckcherry, Yo Gabba Gabba!, now with the Bandmerch roster.

Joseph Bongiovi and Steve Miles, co-founders of Brothers Entertainment Merchandising, join BandMerch as president and senior VP of operations, respectively. Jason Dell continues to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Bandmerch.

Rounding out the executive management team are Jeff Delson, VP of of business development, and Jack Driscoll, VP of client services, both executives from BandMerch. Brad Anderson also joins BandMerch as VP of touring.

"From the beginning of this relationship, we will offer the best alternative to what have become increasingly limited choices for entertainment properties when it comes to marketing their brands." Bongiovi said in a statement. "From the road to retail, both storefront and web, the combined company gives the current music and entertainment merchandising industry leaders something to reckon with."

Established in 2000, BandMerch has a roster of clients that includes AFI, Alice in Chains, Leonard Cohen, Crysis 2, Star Wars: In Concert, Rise Against, Black Veil Brides, Ricky Martin, Nine Inch Nails, No Doubt and many more.
