SANTA YNEZ (CelebrityAccess) — Rocker David Crosby was involved in a motor vehicle accident when he struck a jogger with his car while driving near Santa Barbara on Sunday evening.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Forty-six-year-old Jose Jimenez suffered multiple fractures and was airlifted to a local hospital after being hit by Crosby's 2015 Black Tesla. He is expected to survive. Crosby was uninjured in the accident.
Crosby was reportedly driving the speed limit and drugs or alcohol was not involved, the Times said. Crosby told investigators that he was blinded by the sun when the accident occurred.
