PITTSBURGH, PA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A man attending a concert by the band Further at the Petersen Events Center, fell to his death after crashing through a 4th floor window.
According to WPIX, the man was rushed to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital but subsequently died. The Allegheny County medical examiner's office identified the man as Joseph Kimutis, 19, of South Fayette.
Police said that Kimutis was reportedly "A little out of it" at the time of the accident and are investigating reports that he rushed at the window after assuming a football stance.
"I didn't expect someone to be running full speed at a pane of glass from ten feet away," a witness told WPIX. "I thought he was going to start dancing. But now in hindsight it appeared as if he was preparing to do a sprint race and he just bolted forward and before I knew it he had gone through the bottom pane of glass."
