LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Agent Barbara Mandel has announced that she is taking her leave from ICM to form a new agency, Artist Talent Management Variety reported.
"Barbara has done a terrific job for our clients over the years, and we look forward to having a strong relationship with her in her new role," ICM chairman and CEO Jeffrey Berg told Variety.
Mandel got her start at CAA and also worked with Lorimar Films and Brillstein/Grey until joining ICM in 1998 as an agent. Mandel's departure from ICM was likely amicable as her roster, which features names like James L. Brooks and Brit David Strathairn, is remaining with the firm. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
