NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Pop diva Mariah Carey was reportedly hospitalized on Wednesday due to a severe case of the flu.
Accordign to TMZ, carey was taken to a New York hospital and given intravenous fluids and vitamins, but is making a recovery and could be released as early as later today.
The 45-year-old singer was reportedly suffering from extreme dehydration when she woke up Wednesday morning, leading to her hospitalization, TMZ said.
Carey made an appearance at Pier One Imports pop-up shop as a part of a publicity campaign on Tuesday. – Staff Writers
