CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CelebrityAccess) — Venuworks has announced the hiring of Michael Silva as the Assistant Executive Director for their managed properties in Ceder Rapids, including the U.S. Cellular Center, the Paramount Theatre, McGrath Amphitheater and the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena. Silva began his new duties in September.
Silva comes to Cedar Rapids from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where he served in various roles at California University of Pennsylvania, Cambria County War Memorial and at the Petersen Events Center. Previous to that he worked at Nationwide Arena in Columbus. He received his Master’s degree in Public Administration from the City University of New York.
