HOLLYWOOD, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Purple One will bring his rock prowess to Hollywood for an unprecedented string of seven intimate performances at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s Blossom Room, commencing Saturday, June 23rd.
Additional performances will be held on Sunday, June 24th, Thursday, June 28th, Friday, June 29th, and Saturday, June 30th, with two additional dates to be announced in the near future.
Reminiscent to Prince's legendary after hours parties in his Beverly Hills home, a select audience of 200 friends and fans will have an incredible opportunity to witness Prince firsthand in Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Blossom Room, home of the first Academy Awards. Known for his spontaneity, Prince has frequently invited musicians onstage for impromptu performances. Past surprise guests have included Sir Elton John, Will.I.Am, Kelis, Sheila E., Herbie Hancock , Maroon 5 and more.
For each performance, two sets of tickets will be made available. A VIP package will include special dinner at the Dakota restaurant, prepared by Prince’s personal chef, Lena Morgan, prior to the concerts, and will be available for $3,121 per pair, limited to 130 tickets total. An additional 70 tickets will be sold for standing room attendees at the concert, for $312.10 each.
At the 3121 sessions, named for Prince’s last album, the rock legend will debut new music including “Guitar,” the first single from his highly anticipated upcoming album, “Planet Earth.”
