BEVERLY HILLS (Hypebot) — Ricall, the UK based online music licensing company, has signed a deal with two independent music publishers – Big Life Music and Blue Mountain Music – to bring all the tracks from their catalogs including Bob Marley, Free, Snow Patrol, The Waterboys, Futureheads and Badly Drawn Boy onto their online licensing platform.
Ricall was founded in 1998 and is now claims to be the world's largest online music licensing marketplace. Its website houses a library of more than three million tracks from 25,000 copyright owners, including the latest independent, production and unsigned music, as well as international acts from all the major music groups.
Ricall connects more than 3,500 record companies and 22,000 music publishers to a global network of tens of thousands of professional music license buyers. These licensees use Ricall to license music for use in their commercial productions.
