StubHub Reveals America's 20 Most Rockin' Cities Of 2008

SAN FRANCISCO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Secondary ticket marketplace StubHub has announced its 20 "Most Rockin'" Cities for 2008 based on overall gross ticket sales in each market. The indentified cities top the list of over 90 North American cities/regions that populate event listings on StubHub.

For the third year in a row, New York remains America's Most Rockin' City on the strength of some very prominent shows including Billy Joel's sold out "Last Plays at Shea" in July. Boston jumped to second place this year after ranking fourth in 2007 on the strength of Kenny Chesney and Bruce Springsteen's performances at Gillette Stadium.

Two newcomers made their debuts in the top 20, Indianapolis came in at number 13 and Cleveland came in at number 20. Both cities hosted concerts to this summer's top acts including Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett and the Jonas Brothers.
