Tom Smith has been promoted to director of Programming Production at Eagle Rock Entertainment. He was senior director of Promotions & Marketing. In addition to his radio promotion and marketing duties, he also adds production coordinator responsibilities, including liaising with film and production crews and general managerial duties in the production of Eagle Rock's DVD releases.
