VH1 Holiday Auction Has 150 Lots

The VH1 Save The Music Holiday Auction puts up more than 150 items – including exclusive memorabilia from the upcoming "My VH1 Music Awards '01" — for bids at VH1.com and eBay. The unprecedented treasure trove of one-of-a-kind rock collectibles and experiences ranging from Johnny Rzeznik's 1967 Pontiac GTO to dinner with MC Hammer, to a harmonica from Mick Jagger to framed rock photos by some of the world's most renowned photographers like Annie Leibovitz and Mick Rock.

The auction begins on Sunday, Dec 2 — the same day that "My VH1 Music Awards '01" airs live on VH1 from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles (9 PM ET/PT) – and will conclude on Dec 17. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in America's public schools by restoring and supporting music programs across the U.S.
