The Isley Brothers Getting Ready To Hit The Road

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — After a brief hiatus, Ronald Isley is ready to rejoin the Isley Brothers and hit the road for a brand new tour for the spring and summer of 2010.

The tour is set to kick off with a May 8th performance at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City and will wind down with a July 18th show at the Jazz Festival in San Dimas, California.

Originally formed in the 1950s, the Grammy Award-winning Isley Brothers have had a lasting influence on numerous musical styles, including R&B, Funk, hip-hop and soul. Over the course of their career, the group has released charting singles in every decade since they formed, including hits like 'Shout (parts 1 & 2)', 'That Lady' and 'Fight the Power.'

Isley is also in the studio, hard at work on a new album set working on a new record but as of yet, no release date or title has been announced but fans can look for it some time in early summer 2010.
