Brian Burke, former president and GM of the Vancouver Canucks, has been named as the new Executive Vice President and General Manager.
Michael Schulman has been named CEO of the team.
AAM President/CEO Tim Ryan will assume the additional role of Mighty Ducks' executive vice president and COO.
Bob Wagner, currently the VP and chief marketing officer of AMM, has been named senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer for the Ducks as well.
