ROANOKE, VA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Global Spectrum has been named as the new operator of the Roanoke Civic Center, assuming management of the facility on January 2nd.
Global Spectrum has tapped veteran Chris Connolly to head up operations at the Roanoke. Chris will be making a move from Ontario where he took a turn as assistant GM of the John Labatt Centre in Windsor Ontario. Connolly has been with Global Spectrum since 1997.
Chris will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Roanoke Civic Center and his portfolio will include booking and financial oversight duties at the 10,000 seat venue.
This brings the number of Virginia venues that Global Spectrum operates to four, with civic centers in Norfolk, Richmond & Virginia Beach. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
