LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Sanctuary Group PLC has announced that it has sold its interests in the Air Edel group to Cutting Edge Music, a holding company for the sum of $980,000.
Sanctuary had held interests in both Air Edel Associates Limited and Air Edel Recording Studios Limited. Sanctuary will have 18 months from the date of sale to complete payment.
Air Edel provides artist representation, production & supervision services oriented toward both music and film production.
In January, Sanctuary announced that it has been looking for opportunities to divest some of its holdings as a way of reinvigorating its financial outlook and this seems to conform with that strategy. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
