COPENHAGEN, Denmark (CelebrityAccess) — Danish pop group Lukas Graham announced plans for a headlining tour of the U.S., which is due to start in early 2019.
The 12-date run launches at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, Oregon on February 22nd and wraps on March 15th when the band performs at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
The tour is planned to support the band’s forthcoming LP, 3, which is due to be released on October 26th. Unsurprisingly, 3 is the band’s full-length studio album and the follow-up to The Blue Album, which the group released in 2015. Blue, which bowed at #3 on the Billboard 200, is the highest-charting album by a Danish act.
However, since then, the band has shed their keyboardist, Kasper Daugaard, who left the group in 2016, stating that he was disenchanted with the life of a touring musician.
The current lineup for the group includes founding members Lukas Forchhammer (lead vocalist), Mark Falgren (drums), and Magnus Larsson (bass).
Here’s the lead single from their forthcoming album.
