(CelebrityAccess) — The rumor mill continues to swirl around the possibility of the Rolling Stones launching a tour of North America in 2019, with a fan site hinting that the tour may launch as early as April.

While no official announcement has been made, there have been a growing number of hints that the band has tour plans for 2019. After the Stones focused their touring efforts on the UK and Europe in 2019, that makes the US a likely target for the tour.

In an August interview with Music Business Worldwide, Stones manager Joyce Smith hinted that the band was working on some upcoming live shows

“The schedule is being prepared about where we’re going to be over the next 12 months, in terms of some studio work, maybe some live plans or other projects that are coming through the door,” Smith said.

Other indicators that the Stones are planning to tour the U.S. became a little more clear last week after a large banner with the band’s flaming lips logo went up outside of Broncos Stadium in Denver.

As well, cheerleaders for the New England Patriots wore Flaming Lips logos on their uniform and the team’s home field of Gilette Stadium, featured the logon scoreboards during the team’s game against Green Bay on Nov. 4th.

A popular Rolling Stones fan site is reporting on rumored tour dates for the band, which includes shows, TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Broncos Stadium in Colorado and Gilette Stadium in April, and a pair of shows at Metlife Stadium in Rutherford, NJ in June.

The group last undertook an extensive North American run was in June 2015.
