LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Warner Music International acquired a majority stake in Get In, a leading artist services company in Spain. Formed in 1990 by Iñigo Argomaniz, Get In has operations in artist management, live production, touring promotion and brand partnerships. The agreement will see Get In become part of the Warner Music Spain family, expanding both companies’ capabilities in providing wide-ranging support across all aspects of their artists’ careers.
Along side its management duties for an impressive list of established artists such as La Oreja de Van Gogh, Mikel Erentxun, Alex Ubago, Duncan Dhu, Amaia Montero and El Sueño de Morfeo, Get In has staged concerts for major local and international acts such as Manu Chao, Metallica, Ben Harper, Il Divo and Lenny Kravitz. Recently, Get In has also brokered high profile deals between its artists and brands including Coti and Cola Cola, La Oreja de Van Gogh and SEAT Volkswagen, Alex Ubago and Movistar.
Get In will continue to be led by Argomaniz, one of Spain’s concert promoters and artist managers. His career has included organizing shows for stars such as Elton John, Paul Simon, Sting and Roxy Music as well as his ongoing role as President of ‘Asociación de Promotores Musicales’, the Spanish industry body for touring and promotion. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
