(CelebrityAccess News Service) – Mike Carden has been named president of operations, North America, for Eagle Rock Entertainment and continues on as executive V.P. President Eagle Rock Entertainment Inc. Carden will continue to oversee the marketing and sales of Eagle Vision, Eagle Eye Media and Eagle Media in North America as well as be responsible for the audio activities of Spitfire Records and Eagle Records.
Carden was most recently president of Eagle Records, where he oversaw all audio division activities in the U.S. and Canada and continues to report directly to Lindsay Brown, managing director of Eagle Records worldwide and Terry Shand, chairman of Eagle Rock Entertainment Group Ltd.
Carden joined the company in 2001 as general manager of Spitfire Records and Eagle Records. Prior to this position he was general manager at CMC International and played a significant role in the company achieving sales of over $15 million and created a new product line for BMG's launch in to the DVD market.
