Michael Munter has been named the assistant general manager of the 19,980-seat Rose Garden and the adjacent 14,500-seat Memorial Coliseum in Portland, OR. He joins Global Spectrum after serving as general manager of the Bowie Baysox Baseball Club in Bowie, MD, an entity of Comcast-Spectacor, Global Spectrum's parent company.
