LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Purple One is reportedly in negotiations over a new Los Angeles residency, to partner with his already sold out London stint.
The New York Post has reported that Prince will play a seven week run at the posh Hollywood Roosevelt hotel’s Blossom Room starting on June 15.
He will perform each Friday night from June 15th to the end of July at the 250-capacity room. LA Times music blogger Kevin Bronson has reported that Prince and special guests will perform from 11:30 to 2 AM at which point Princes' private chef will take over the hotel's kitchen and whip up a gnosh for the patrons. Prince will reportedly continue to entertain until 4am as part of a jazz combo — Tres chic. One could surmise that the tickets for such fare won't come cheap.
The contracts are still under negotiation but a price of 3 million dollars cited in the New York Post was incorrect according to one well-placed source.
