LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Slash, former guitarist and co-founder of the iconic rock band Guns n' Roses and later, a co-founder of Velvet Revolver, has joined the list of celebrities taking part in a fundraiser to support MSA (multiple system atrophy) awareness.
Partnering with Keep Memory Alive, the charitable arm of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, celebrity Chef Kerry Simon is preparing a night of music and food on February 27th at the Keep Memory Alive Event Center in Las Vegas.
The cocktail party will feature chefs including Daniel Boulud, Kim Canteenwalla, Wylie DuFresne, Grant Macpherson, Michael Mina, Rick Moonen, Justin Nilson, Charlie Palmer, Megan Romano, Tony Schutz, Mark Tarbell and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Rockers Alice Cooper, Slash, Sammy Hagar and Vince Neil join house band Sin City Sinners on the musical bill for the evening. Special guest Sabriel will also perform during the party.
