Waikoloa Beach Resorts To Build First Hawaii Amphitheater

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Big Island of Hawaii will be getting its first amphitheater soon, with construction underway on the Waikoloa Beach Resort’s new Queens’ MarketPlace & Cultural Gardens.

The new development will include a Performance Garden, which will feature a 4,000-person outdoor amphitheatre that will accommodate artistic performances of all types, according to a press release.

The 135,000-total-square-foot project will honor the diverse cultures & ethnicities that make up the resident population of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Queens’ MarketPlace & Cultural Gardens is expected to be completed in 2007 at a cost of more than $95 million. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
