MANCHESTER, Tenn. (CelebrityAccess) — Bonnaroo 2019 is fully underway after having sold out for the first time since 2013, with more than 80,000 tickets for the weekend sold.
Festival organizers confirmed the sellout with a post to their social media on Wednesday night:

Headliners for the 2019 edition of the marquee festival include Phish, Childish Gambino and Post Malone, The Lumineers, and Odesza.
While the festival is off to a promising start, not everything has gone entirely smoothly. Heavy traffic and long waits were reported ahead of the festival’s opening on Thursday, with some fans reporting waiting for as much as 12 hours in traffic while waiting to enter the festival grounds.
As well, police reported making at least four arrests since the festival opened, and Coffee County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Billy Butler told the Nashville Tennessean that more than 100 citations, mostly for minor drug offenses, have been issued.
Bonnaroo organizers warned festival-goers that there would be enhanced searches at the event for 2019.
“We have several enhanced security measures in place this year, including expanded car searches and canine patrols. We are hopeful that our patrons will appreciate these security measures and have patience with the inevitable inconveniences,” festival organizers wrote in a statement issued this week.
