CTS Eventim: The Official Ticketing Partner For 2027 IHF Men’s Handball World Championship

HAMBURG, Germany (CelebrityAccess) — German ticketing and live events company CTS Eventim announced that it has been selected as the official ticketing partner for the IHF Men’s Handball World Championship 2027 as well as for the games of the IHF Women’s Handball World Championship 2025 in Germany.
As part of the deal, Eventim is expanding its existing partnership to service all home international games of the the German Handball Association (DHB)’s national teams in the long term.
The 30th IHF Men’s World Championship 2027, which was officially awarded to host nation Germany in 2020, will be held from November 27th to December 14th, 2025 in Germany and the Netherlands. Venues for the 52 games scheduled to take place in Germany include the Porsche Arena Stuttgart, the Arena Trier and the traditional Dortmund Westfalenhalle.
A total of four preliminary round groups will be played in Stuttgart and Trier, while Dortmund is the venue for two main round groups and two quarter-final games. Advance sales for the 350,000 available tickets are expected to start in autumn 2024.
CTS Eventim secured the ticketing deal through a competitive bidding process and was awarded thge deal in part for the performance and reliability of its technologies as well as the range and performance of its sales channels, the company said.
