His tenure saw the initiation of the latest wave of Las Vegas headliner residencies, kicking off with icons like Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez and culminating in successful multi-show runs featuring Adele and Garth Brooks. Gastwirth also steered the attractions and brand alliances divisions within the company. Prior to Caesars, he served as the chief marketing officer of the Palms Casino Resort. He held the position of vice president of casino marketing and entertainment at Las Vegas Sands Corp. Returning to his consulting roots, Gastwirth previously occupied strategic roles at Gap Inc. and management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively engages in community support, notably as the president of the Vegas PBS Board of Directors.

Fritz boasts a remarkable 25-year career in cultivating and managing high-visibility celebrity talent through his firm, Fritz Martin Management. Specializing in sports and entertainment, his expertise revolves around elite athletes and global brand representation.
