LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — R&B icon Usher drew rave reviews for his performance during the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.

For the show, Usher relied on fan favorites from his catalog, starting with “Caught Up,” before he moved into “U Don’t Have to Call,” “Superstar,” and “Love in the Club.”

He was then joined by Alicia Keys, wearing red to Usher’s white, at the piano for a medley of hits that included “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “My Boo,” a duet between Usher and Keys from 2004.

For the 14-minute segment, Usher brought out multiple special guests, including H.E.R., Jermaine Dupri, Lil Jon, and Ludacris, who joined the performance for a rendition of “Yeah.”

Usher is no stranger to the Super Bowl halftime stage and joined the Black Eyed Peas Will.I.Am as a guest in 2011.

“Don’t take the moments for granted because you only get 13 of them,” Usher told the Associated Press in an interview before the show in reference to the 13-minute set. “The hardest part is trying to figure out how to squeeze it all in when you actually have a large catalog, or a lot of records people celebrate and love.”

According to TV intelligence company Samba TV, Usher’s Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show was watched by 30.1 million households, up by 5% from the previous year, which featured a show led by Rihanna.
