BOCA RATON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Real estate developer Jim Kraft is taking another crack at building a senior housing building near the Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton.
According to the Palm Beach Post, he first floated the idea for the fifty floor tower four years ago but plans fell by the wayside.
One might think that the noise from an open-air concerns that noise will be an issue for the seniors but Kraft has big plans – namely that the housing project will bring in such an infusion of cash for Boca that they will convert the shed into a concert hall with a retractable roof and separated by hurricane glass.
