(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — After a 3 year period of working the Romanian market from a distance, in which Dutch entertainment consultancy and concept development company Emag!c Entertainment brought artists like Joe Cocker, Ricky Martin, Pink and Simples Minds to the country for major shows, the company has been set up as a fully independent concert promoter in Romania’s capital, Bucharest.
Partly owned by Mojo’s Leon Ramakers, according to VIP-Booking.com, Emag!c Entertainment makes no secret of its ambitions to become on of the major promoters and agents in the promising market.
Co-owners Guido Janssens (CEO) and Laura Coroianu (Managing Partner), will run the company, with Ramakers acting as a consultant and contributing his experience and international network to the business.
The new company has already booked headlining act Clawfinger for Romania’s first ever one-day festival, “Rock Your Mind,” as well as Manfred Mann’s Earthband and Blobal Deejays for the “60 Years United Nations Anniversary Concert.”
The company will also be looking for major international acts for the country’s most prestigious festival, “The Golden Stag,” scheduled for July 2006.
