GLASTONBURY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Glastonbury Festival, in its continuing quest to be environmentally friendly has partnered with toilet paper manufacturer Nouvelle to provide free rolls of 100% toilet paper to festival-goers.
Michael Eavis commented: "We're encouraging people to be as green as possible at this year's Festival. One example of our policy is our decision to invite Nouvelle on board as an official recycling partner to the festival, to give away free recycled toilet tissue.
"Nouvelle will provide thousands of free loo rolls and our message is very simple: 'do not bring loo roll to the festival', there will be more than enough for everyone, and more importantly, it will be the right kind of loo roll."
Nouvelle will also provide assistance with the recycling collections at the Festival — they will provide free color-coded bags to enable festival-goers to sort their waste more effectively.
