TROY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Barbara Penchoff was named Quality Assurance Manager for Palace Sports and Entertainment (PS&E), it was announced by Bruce Trout, Director of Box Office Operations for PS&E.
Penchoff will be responsible for building and maintaining events and maintaining relationships with national event promoters for events at The Palace, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival.
Prior to joining PS&E, Penchoff was a client services manager for Ticketmaster in Bingham Farms, Michigan, where she was responsible for overseeing the event creation process, training clients on Ticketmaster host usage including sales and reporting, learning new products to introduce and market to clients, training clients on those products and assuring client satisfaction.
Before joining Ticketmaster, Penchoff was a season ticket representative at Nederlander Theatrical in Detroit, Michigan, where she was responsible for season ticket fulfillment.
Penchoff graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education.
The Detroit, Michigan native now resides in Troy, Michigan with her husband Michael where she enjoys golfing, skiing, gardening and reading mystery novels.
PS&E ownership includes The Palace and DTE Energy Music Theatre, as well as the management of Meadow Brook Music Festival on the campus of Oakland University. Combined, PS&E’s Michigan venues average 300 events and 3.5 million guests annually.
The Palace has been the recipient of numerous awards, including being listed as the nation’s most attended amphitheater by Amusement Business/Billboard each of the 16 years of PS&E ownership.
