PERTH (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — U.S. singer Pink has claimed the title for the biggest selling female touring artists in Australia. Her tour, underway since April, has thus far run 35 shows and sold more than 300,000 tickets, putting her ahead of the previous record holder, Australian native Kylie Minogue.
The tour saw packed dates in numerous Australian cities, including Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle, Canberra, the Gold Coast and Wollongong. She's not through for the year though, with scheduled appearances on the European festival circuit. She'll put in a stop at B'estival in Romania on June 30th, the Taubertal Festival in Germany on August 12 and then two V Fest appearances in the UK on August 18 & 19.
