NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A hedge fund manager has lost her $3 million privacy lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs and Vibe Magazine.
Maria Kristina Dominguez brought the case against the defendants after Vibe Magazine published a photograph of Dominguez taken at one of Combs exclusive "White" parties thrown in East Hampton in 2003. In the photo, Dominguez appeared in a swimming pool, wearing naught but pasties with two other women.
Dominguez claims that she hadn't given permission for the photo to be taken and that its publication had caused her "mental strain and distress and disturbance of peace of mind" while injuring her reputation and causing her to suffer the loss of certain business opportunities.
Alas, the judge didn't see it that way and ruled that she couldn't claim privacy when she appeared at a party so attired. Dominguez is reportedly considering her legal options in the wake of the ruling. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
